A simple fruit dessert, which also makes a sweet and tasty breakfast.
Method
Place a few slices of banana in the bottom of a bowl.
- Then, in a small bowl mix the yoghurt and honey and put a spoonful of yoghurt on top of the banana and sprinkle on a little muesli.
- Repeat to form layers and finish with a scattering of muesli.
Other options
Try any fruit that you like, either fresh or tinned in natural juice.
