A delicious combination of jelly and evaporated milk, this makes a great birthday party treat.

Method

  1.  Melt the jelly in a jug using a small amount of boiling water. When the jelly has melted, add cold water to make it up to 375ml.
  2. Leave the jelly in the fridge for about 20 minutes to cool and gel, but don't let it set.
  3. Add the condensed milk to the jelly mixture and whisk until light and fluffy.
  4. Peel the mandarins and separate them into segments and serve with the jelly.
