A delicious combination of jelly and evaporated milk, this makes a great birthday party treat.
- Melt the jelly in a jug using a small amount of boiling water. When the jelly has melted, add cold water to make it up to 375ml.
- Leave the jelly in the fridge for about 20 minutes to cool and gel, but don't let it set.
- Add the condensed milk to the jelly mixture and whisk until light and fluffy.
- Peel the mandarins and separate them into segments and serve with the jelly.
