An exciting recipe fish recipe that you can make with your children!

Method

  1. Bake the potato at 180°C for about 1 hour until skin crispy and middle soft.
  2. Leave to cool then cut in half & scoop out soft potato into a bowl.
  3. Add the tuna* snack pot and mix together, then put the mixture back into the potato halves.
  4. Top each "boat" with a cheese* stick and place under a moderate grill until it goes bubbly on top.

Top Tips

  • Why not add some pieces of carrot and tomato to make a face and get them eating some of their 5 a day.
  • If you don't have time to bake a potato, the tuna snack pots are great with salad or in sandwiches and pittas.
  • For an alternative quick meal why not use one of Great Stuff canned meals as a topping for a jacket potato or piece of wholemeal toast.
