This yummy fruity salad counts as 2 of your childrens 5-a-day!
Method
- Wash and cut up the lettuce, cucumber and tomato and put into a bowl.
- Add some strips of pepper.
- Put in ‘surprise' pieces of grape or mango.
Serves: 2
Top Tip
- You could also add some chunks of cheese or cooked chicken for added protein.
