Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply unless they are inconsistent with those advertised in a specific promotion. To the extent that they are inconsistent, the specific terms and conditions take precedence. By entering, you accept these terms and conditions.

  1. Maximum one entry per person per prize draw. Entries by third parties are not accepted.
  2. Proof of sending shall not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, misdirected, late, damaged or illegible.
  3. By entering the prize draw(s), you agree to participate in any reasonable PR activity, including photographs, if you are selected as a winner.
  4. There are no cash alternatives to the prizes and prizes are not transferable.
  5. Winners’ names and counties may be obtained by sending an SAE to: ASDA Email Subscription Free Prize Draw, c/o ASDA Brand Nutrition Team, ASDA House, Great Wilson St, Leeds, LS11 5AD.
  6. If winners are unable to take the prizes for whatever reason, a redraw will take place.
  7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  8. Prize draws may feature in other promotional material.
  9. Winner(s) accept prize at own risk. Unless stated otherwise, holiday prize draw winners should obtain travel insurance, ensure they’re fit to travel and are responsible for any passport or visa requirements.
  10. The promoter is ASDA, ASDA House, Great Wilson Street, Leeds LS11 5AD. Please do not send entries to this address.
  11. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, except for death or personal injury, arising out of the administration of prize draws, or out of the winner’s or their guest’s enjoyment of the prizes.
  12. Closing date for receipt of all entries is 23:59 on 31st October 2009.
  13. Prize draws are open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees (and immediate families) of ASDA, MadeByPi and their affiliated companies.
  14. Winner(s) will be randomly selected by an independent person from all entries after the closing date. The winner will be notified by letter within 28 days of the draw date.
  15. The prize consists of one £250 ASDA gift card, which can be used against all food and non-food merchandise.
  16. Internet access required for free prize draw entry.
